Discussed the policy of the Boy Scouts Memorial Day flags expenses and it was decided to keep supporting the pact.
Robin again did the write up for the Town Report.
Need to check out Pineground in the spring on how the back maintenance on and around the fence looks and what can be done with the iron fence.
Scott Marston attended to discuss the bidding process. He said he had put in a bid the last 2 years and wondered what he was doing wrong as he didn't win either time. Told hom the committee tries to be fair in choosing who will do the maintenance after going over each bid.
Joanna checking to see if we had received the CD-ROM on Leavitt Cemetery from Cartographic Associates Inc.
